We may receive email addresses, company names, workflow notes, review text, generated replies, API key data, and technical events connected to jobs, callbacks, and workspace activation.

Data is used to generate replies, store history, issue API keys, run approval workflows, process buyer-flow requests, and activate plans manually.

Who can access the data

Data is available only to workspace owners, explicitly assigned admins, and infrastructure services required to operate the product.
