How a billing request starts
When a paid plan is selected we store the selected plan, buyer intent, email, and billing notes so the payment is attached to a real workspace and context is not lost.
This page explains how manual billing, invoice / USDT flows, and plan activation work before full self-serve payments go live.

Before card billing goes live, the only active path is manual billing first. Valid payment methods are invoice, USDT, and bank transfer. The exact payment details and next step are handled manually through the sales flow.
A paid plan is activated manually after payment is confirmed and the scope is agreed. This is done by an internal admin or sales operator through the billing flow. Until then the workspace may remain in free, trial, or awaiting setup state.
Manual billing, future self-serve card billing, and VIP Setup are treated as separate lanes. VIP Setup remains a one-time service and does not automatically activate a recurring plan.
If you need to discuss a refund, mistaken payment, or a scope change, email nanek7musaev@gmail.com. These cases are handled manually.
